the sound of wind in leaves
is the Air that awakens me
the light of sun through branches
is the Fire that energizes me
the scent of blossoms after rain
is the Water that quenches me
the pull of roots in the ground
is the Earth that stabilizes me
the sacred balance of all that connects
is the Spirit that centres me
will all be well?
i trust that all will be well
will all be well?
i know that all will be well
May these words bring truth
and healing through open hands and hearts.
And then, let it flow back into our Mother Earth
for the love of all her beings.
