The wheel of the year continues to turn and, in the Western Hemisphere, we are approaching the height of summer and the seasonal festival of Lughnasadh.
For witches, this can be a time of intense activity, spending time outdoors tending to and harvesting our first garden vegetables or foraging in the woods for herbs to make tinctures and teas. If you’re lucky, this time of year also offers us a chance to relax and spend time sitting under a tree journaling or writing a poem or a spell.
This session of Writing for Witches will focus on magical writing and writing by cycles of the moon and the sun. We will also spend a bit of time unpacking Ursula K. LeGuin’s Carrier Bag Theory of Fiction.
No matter what your interest as a writer or your practice as a witch, we can promise that this course will offer something new.
