About

I am a writer, editor, poet, storyteller, Reclaiming eco witch, mother and grandmother.

I live in Ottawa Canada — unceded and unsurrendered original territory and meeting place of the Algonquin, St Lawrence Iroquoian and Anishinabewaki, (ᐊᓂᔑᓈᐯᒃ) people; later settled by English, French and other Europeans; now also home to immigrants and refugees from Asia and the Middle East as well as innumerable generous plant and wary animal beings.

For many years I have written and edited resources to enhance wellness and improve health equity for those experiencing or who may be at risk of physical and mental health challenges. As I ease into my crone years, my writing has become more focused on crafting words that strive to echo the magical and mythic voices of the living land and her beings.
